Eligible for the ENIC Kazakhstan Scholarships Program:
- The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites foreign applicants from all countries to apply for full-time study programs.
- This includes individuals of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of Kazakhstan.
- The educational programs available for foreign applicants cover Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees.

Bachelor’s Degree:

- A detailed substantiation of the proposed dissertation research topic must be included in the application package.
PhD Degree:
- Submission of all necessary documentation for the completion of a Master’s degree program
- Attainment of a Master’s or specialist diploma with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or its equivalent
- Providing a rationale for the chosen dissertation research topic.

Once on the portal, they should navigate to the Scholarship Programs section and click on the “Proceed” button to initiate their application. Following the submission of documents, applicants may be required to undergo psychological testing as part of the evaluation process. If this is the case, individuals will receive a link to the psychological test in their personal account. It is essential for applicants to complete this test diligently and within the stipulated timeframe. Additionally, applicants should be prepared for an online interview, which serves as another integral component of the selection process. By adequately preparing for and participating in the online interview, applicants can further demonstrate their suitability for the scholarship programs.
