Eligibility for the Chinese Government Scholarship 2024-25 (University Program):
- Applicants must be of a nationality other than Chinese and must be in good physical condition.
- For Bachelor’s Degree program applicants, a high school diploma is required and they must be below 25 years of age.
- Those applying for a Master’s degree program must possess a Bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35.
- Applicants pursuing a Doctorate degree must hold a Master’s degree and be under the age of 40.
- The educational background and age requirements vary depending on the level of study being pursued.
Requirements:
Chinese-Medium Programs
- Bachelor’s degree requires a minimum of HSK Band 4 with scores exceeding 180.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree necessitates a minimum of HSK Band 5 with scores surpassing 180.
- Proficiency in Chinese language is a key requirement for higher education levels, with specific HSK Band requirements for each level.
English-Medium Programs
- Achieving a score of 68 or higher on the TOEFL IBT exam
- Attaining a score of 5.5 or higher on the IELTS exam
- Scoring 85 or above on the DUOLINGO English test
- English-speaking students from countries with English as a native or official language are exempt from submitting English level certificates
- Meeting the specified English proficiency requirements for admission without the need for additional language certification.
